Industry-Leading Pay Structure
- $45,000 starting base salary (W-2)
- Monthly commissions (uncapped) and performance bonuses
- First Year OTE: $80,000 (Top 50% earn over $100,000)
- Second Year OTE: $120,000 (Top 20% earn over $150,000)
Work From Home
- Normal Hours: Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST

Training and Development

Meet the Owner
Hunter Schneider has spent more than six years in the insurance industry. He founded Bramble Insurance with a vision of creating a better experience for clients, free from the limitations and frustrations of traditional insurance agencies. Prior to founding Bramble, he worked for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the country as a producer and general manager.
Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife, baby, and dog, making the most of every moment together. He loves the outdoors and can often be found playing golf, hunting, fishing, boating, or simply enjoying time outside.
Hunter is also a passionate football fan, cheering on the Indianapolis Colts on Sundays and both the Georgia Southern Eagles and Georgia Bulldogs on Saturdays. As a proud Georgia Southern alumnus, supporting the Eagles is especially meaningful to him.
When he’s not working or outdoors, Hunter enjoys cooking and trying new foods—especially when it involves smoking brisket, ribs, or experimenting with new recipes to share with friends and family.
A Typical Day & Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified warm leads and accept live transfers from the telemarketing team with prospects ready to talk.
- Clearly communicate the value of being properly protected by an insurance policy and share real-life insurance stories, both successes and lessons learned.
- Provide consultative guidance to help clients select the right policies for their needs.
- Assist clients nationwide with personal lines insurance coverage, ensuring they are properly protected.
- Maintain and prioritize an organized sales pipeline to track leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Work directly with carriers to present quotes, bind policies, and manage client onboarding efficiently.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Participate in daily skill-building exercises and practice drills to continuously improve sales and service abilities.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards at all times.
- Represent Bramble Insurance with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
- Learn and grow every day while collaborating with and supporting your team, making a meaningful impact by helping clients protect their everyday risks.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Experience working in an independent insurance agency, with demonstrated proficiency using an Agency Management System (AMS), CRM platforms, and insurance rating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Consultative sales ability
- Motivated, goal-driven, and self-directed
- Comfortable working remotely
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, hungry, and coachable
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required. Minimum: 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

- A phone screen with a recruiter.
- A final video interview with the agency owner.
