Position Overview:
Bramble & Hare is seeking an experienced, passionate, and nimble backwait to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels at creating a warm and memorable guest experience. This role requires a team player who is comfortable in a fast pased environment. You are not just a backwait; you are a key part of what makes the Bramble & Hare experience so special.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest.

Develop a deep understanding of our food and beverage program, including the ingredients harvested from Black Cat Farm, preparation methods, and the stories behind them.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with all members of the team—kitchen, bar, and front of house—to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
- Assist with all aspects of service as needed, embodying our 'all hands on deck' philosophy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 6 months of serving experience in a full-service, upscale-casual or fine dining environment.

A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and the farm-to-table ethos.

Knowledge of or a strong interest in organic farming, foraging, and seasonality is a significant plus.

A team-first mentality and a willingness to step in and help wherever needed.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a lively setting.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests authentically.

Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
