Braman Termite amp; Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor with pest control experience to join our growing team. You’ll lead a team of Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across our North Haven operations.

What You’ll Do:
As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of Braman’s operations and a role model for your team. You will:
Lead amp; Develop Your Team
- Coach, support, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement
- Drive performance through training, feedback, and performance management
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture
Own Daily Operations
- Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
- Review and approve weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges
- Perform technical service work as needed, including pest inspections and treatments, to support your team and maintain service quality
Ensure Quality amp; Compliance
- Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Support client audits and reporting efforts
Be a Problem Solver
- Adjust routes and resources based on business needs

Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Pest control experience is required
- 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Licenses:
- Commercial Applicator License (Core)
- CAT 41 Supervisory License
Screening Requirements:
- Background check
- Driver's License
