Responsibilities:
- Greet customers.
- Accurately document all customer concerns on work order.
- Complete all documents required for repair order compliance.
- Perform walk around video for vehicle condition proper documentation.
- Responsible for communicating with customers / technicians/ extended warranties and insurance companies for additional services/repairs recommended or needed.
- Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle's status.
- Answer phone calls for service questions.
- Complete customer's active delivery process when ready.
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of dealer experience.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Drug test and background check required.
- Clean and valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards.

Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
- Auto estimating: 1 year (Required)
- Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
Supplemental pay type:
- commission pay.
