Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance.
- Coach, develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
- Attract, develop, coach, and retain a strong team, leading by example.
- Developing and maintaining an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
- Analyze and evaluate the business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
- Listen to customer complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership
- People oriented, earn customers and employee's loyalty with a positive and energetic personality.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
