- The position requires responses to all incoming phone calls and follow up with service clients
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate great communication skills, bilingual a plus, the ability to advance the call process with our guests, and work closely with the call center team and manager
- Must have a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, multitask aptitude, and the ability to deliver world class customer service
- Must be highly professional and dependable
