Temporary Automotive Deal Packager - 2886

We are looking for a Temporary Packager to fill in at our RT 22 Honda location in Hillside, NJ!

The Packager is responsible for accurately packaging all dealership deals and providing clerical support within the Accounting office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packaging deals accurately and accordingly (separating paperwork for bank, motor vehicle, and biller)
• Maintains open item hit list for missing deal items
• Posts new and used vehicle inventories
• Maintain designated accounting schedules
• Responsible for the Submission & Cancellation of after sale products
• Performs other accounting and administrative functions as directed by Office Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Previous dealership Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, BDC, or Deal Packaging experience preferred.
• Individuals employed in this position must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Individuals employed in this position must demonstrate sufficient computer literacy
• Individuals employed in this position must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
• Individuals employed in this position must display understanding of general accounting principles
• Individuals employed in this position must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrate ability to work with diverse people groups

Job Type: Full-time/Temporary

Length of Temp Position: 3 months (minimum) - 6 months (maximum)

Pay: From $17.00-$18.00 per hour dependent on previous dealership experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
