We are looking for an experienced and proven Automotive Service Advisor for our Lexus of Brooklyn dealership!

High Earnings! - No Weekends! - Brand New Facility!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service from write-up to delivery
• Recommend and sell needed services with confidence and integrity
• Build long-term relationships with a loyal customer base
• Maintain high CSI and uphold dealership standards

 Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Service Advisor
• A proven track record of strong selling skills
• A consistently high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Luxury brand experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• A great attitude with a high-energy personality
