Work Hours
· Closed Sundays
· Typically, a 5-day work week
· 40-hour weekly schedule with potential for overtime
· Hours of Operation: M-F 7 am – 5 pm and Saturday 7 am – 4 pm
What You Bring to Brakes 4 Less

- Hard working and strong attention to detail
- You have a passion for cars and the Automotive Industry
- You value relationships with your customers and have experience with the sales/customer service process
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer proficiency
- Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn (Bonus: knowledge of brake components)
- Strong multitaksing and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, prompt, and courteous manner to create an inviting environment for anyone entering our store.
- Listen carefully to the customer’s concerns, document accurately, and communicate with the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and have a desire to build strong customer relationships.
- Determine and recommend vehicle repairs to customers professionally, with a focus on the value of the repairs.
- Estimate the cost and repair time of auto repairs.
- Frequently monitor the progress of customers’ vehicles and keep customers updated on their progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and customer waiting area
- Input tickets in the computer system and close customers at the end of service
- Partner with your Service Manager to deliver a Customer Centrix workflow
- Order automotive parts when needed and track inventory
- Other duties as assigned
