Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Content
Calling all storytellers, strategists and all-around communications superstars! Braithwaite Communications is an integrated marketing firm known for using the power of stories to shape mindsets and move markets. We’re looking for a seasoned social media professional who can develop smart strategies, create compelling social media content and build engaged communities for B2B and B2C brands.
This individual will serve as a strategic lead across client accounts, partnering with senior agency leaders and clients to develop and execute social media strategies and platform-specific social content programs that drive engagement, elevate brands and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Manage community engagement across channels, fostering meaningful audience interactions and brand advocacy.
- Create and oversee engaging social media content, including platform-specific copy, content calendars, thought leadership and brand storytelling initiatives across major social platforms.
- Monitor social trends, audience insights and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with account, creative, PR and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns and social media content programs.
- Analyze performance, develop reporting and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Present strategies, results and recommendations to clients and agency leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of social media, social content or integrated communications experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, community management, analytics and social media content development.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with experience creating social media content for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite and native platform analytics to manage accounts, schedule content, monitor engagement and support clients.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and execution.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment and a collaborative, positive attitude.
- Experience with paid social, influencer programs and short-form video content is a plus.
