Braised Onion Restaurant is seeking a motivated, dependable Busser/Food Expeditor to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and thrives in a high-energy upscale restaurant environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Expedite food from the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Bus and reset tables quickly while maintaining cleanliness and presentation
- Refill water, assist servers, and anticipate guest needs
- Keep service stations stocked and organized throughout each shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Support the entire team to ensure smooth and seamless service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
