Proposal Coordinator
Hybrid | Contract-to-Hire Potential
We're partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance industry that's looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to support its Producer Services team through its busiest season. This role is expected to run through the end of the year, with strong potential to become a permanent position. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Process insurance quote requests with speed and accuracy
- Enter and maintain data in Excel, Salesforce, and carrier systems
- Prepare proposal documents and supporting materials
- Communicate with internal team members via email
- Maintain organized electronic records
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative and data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
