We develop the positioning, story, and GTM strategy for new features and experiences in our marketplace. We partner cross functionally to bring buyer and seller products and features to market and drive engagement with features post launch.
About The Role
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of consumer product development and marketing. You will be leading new product go-to-market strategy, product activation, and maximizing the lifetime value of our buyers at all stages of the funnel.
To be successful in this role, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be a key partner in helping product teams articulate customer value and plan effective product delivery and launches while also advocating on behalf of marketing to ensure that product roadmaps support marketing strategies. You’ll operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Content, Analytics, Research, and Marketing to improve the offers experience for both buyers and sellers.
This is a full time contract role reporting to the Director, Buyer Product Marketing.

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 4 years of consumer product marketing and/or consulting experience.
- Ability to use quantitative reasoning skills to inform strategies and tell a strong narrative;
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative user research methods and applications, fluent in using data to make decisions, experience with growth marketing tactics, and deep experience partnering with B2C consumer product teams
- Self-starter with a track record of driving strong growth and results through product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with ecommerce sales, offers, or seasonal promotions (including Black Friday/Cyber Monday)
- Leave request or general support? This request will support the team while an admin is on leave.
- Open to remote/flex/on-site? This role is open to flex / hybrid work modes.

- Interview process 30-45 min manager screen, followed by a 30-min knowledge or behavioral interview with 1-2 members of the hiring team.
