What you’ll be working on

Bank of America’s Digital Platform team creates world-class end-to-end digital experiences that are intuitive, innovative, engaging and inclusive. The team focuses on best of breed experiences for clients across across all products and channels. Our main focus areas include Digital Trust, Identity and Security which includes: Primary and Secondary Authentication, Aggregator, Anti Money Laundering, Alert Management, and Digitization of Paper.
As a Product Manager you will
- Team with a Sr Digital Manager/Digital Director to deliver projects including

- Business Requirements
- Project management routines and documentation
- Process maps and screen flows
- Testing
- Controls and metrics
- Competitive analysis and research
- Collaborate with XD/Designers, technology, other product managers and stakeholders
- Support products and services in production

- Content and VOC evaluation to make sure our products and services are working as expected
- Production support management for client issues and escalations
- Generating playbooks, tracking and status mechanisms
- Review and manage metrics and controls
You’re a person who has (required skills)
- 5 years of relevant digital product management experience
Project or product management skills - Strong attention to detail
- Proficient Powerpoint, Excel with ability to learn internal systems
- Relevant Financial services or Digital experience
And you are a person who:
- Adapts quickly to change and can be effective in fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter, willing to work through ambiguity
- Has an ownership mindset
- Has a strong work ethic, reliable issue resolution and time management skills
Salary : $100 - $125
