About The Role

This person will have deep expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, and turning data into actionable business recommendations. What you'll do
- Design and analyze data to optimize GTM motions across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Build predictive models for lead scoring, conversion forecasting, and customer lifetime value
- Develop dashboards and reports that surface key GTM metrics and insights to leadership
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and answer critical business questions
- Unblock yourself and others through collaboration, clear communication, and diving into the data
- Experiment with new analytical techniques and tools to continuously improve our GTM strategy
- Strong track record in data engineering and GTM analytics—we value demonstrated impact over years of experience
- Expertise in modern data tools like Snowflake, dbt, Hex and the broader analytics stack
- Comfortable working across the full data lifecycle—from pipeline setup to analysis to visualization
- High agency and ownership mindset—you proactively identify opportunities and drive them to completion
