Job Description – Desktop Support Tech
Work location: This is a 100% work from office opportunity (Mon-Fri)
Address: Long Island City, NY 11101
Working hours: 08:00am - 04:30pm Eastern Time
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrate technical experience
• Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 11 OS
• Skilled in System administrative tasks
• Knowledge on Active Directory/Azure
• Must know how to reimage Windows machines
• Troubleshoot hardware issues
• Experience troubleshooting Application and Operating System related issues
• Knowledge on Networking preferred
• Troubleshoot Laptop, Desktop, Thin Clients, Printers, Hardware & Drivers issues
• Coordinate with the Depot for Asset Management, shipment of hardware
• Telephony Support (Avaya and Cisco IP Phones)
• Familiarity with ITIL principles
• Familiarity with Autio Video Conference room technology
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
