This position includes:
* Serving as a homeroom teacher in our Grades 1–3 team-based model.
* Providing mathematics instruction using the Bridges in Mathematics curriculum (training and coaching support available).
* Teaching science and social studies through engaging, authentic learning experiences that integrate reading, writing, and inquiry.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues, specialists, interventionists, and support staff to meet the needs of all learners.
Students participate in a daily "What I Need" (WIN) block that provides targeted intervention and enrichment opportunities. Teachers work alongside an Academic Interventionist and a dedicated support team to ensure students receive the instruction they need to thrive.

* Vermont teaching license in Elementary Education (or eligibility for licensure).

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
