What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant position at Braintree Educational Services?
**Hiring for an administrative assistant for the K8 classes and clubs team. Additional duties will include assisting with registration and enrollment, maininting class and club records and documentation, and supporting LMS builds. This is a part time position (around 5 hours a week) that can be combined with other positions for a maximum of 20 hours per week**
Provide support and contribute to the success of the organization by performing essential duties in accordance with company goals, policies, and procedures. Maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google (docs/sheets), email, etc.)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Must reside in a Braintree State: Idaho, Indiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Wyoming, or Mississippi.
