Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Wellness Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patients receive compassionate, efficient, and comprehensive wellness services. As a Wellness Technician, you will be instrumental in managing patient interactions, assisting with clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical documentation—all while fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every individual you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist children and adults with wellness therapies
- Set up and monitor neurofeedback sessions
- Assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
- Help operate additional wellness technologies, including light therapy and other non-invasive modalities
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensure patients are comfortable and supported throughout their visits
- Learn specialized brain wellness techniques through on-the-job training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Manage medical records, including charting, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient encounters in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, guiding patients through procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
- Support medical office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, and managing electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems).
- College coursework or current enrollment in a related field is preferred

- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically across diverse populations.

- Comfortable working with children, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other special needs
