TESTING CENTER EXAM PROCTOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide assistance with the administration and proctoring of professional computerized exams at Brainseed Testing Center, Newington, NH
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Test Center Manager to enforce policies, practices and procedures for the Test Center.
- Perform daily Test Center opening and closing procedures.
- Perform basic technical support related to the Testing Center.
- Understand and locate the testing requirements for each exam.
- Perform quality and security checks required by each exam client.
- Ensure any special instructions/materials, etc. for exams are followed/available.
- Check-in examinees and verify identification.
- Explain the exam process to each examinee.
- Direct examinees to assigned seat.
- Launch the exam.
- Monitor examinees while they test.
- Provide technical assistance during examination time.
- Run end of exam score reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming Test Center environment.
- Maintain Test Center supplies.
- You will be required to pass the training (quizzes) necessary to become a Certified Test Center Administrator (TCA) for multiple testing services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in the job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. The ability to communicate clearly in English is essential.
Education and/or Experience:
A high School diploma or equivalent is required. You must be 19 years old.
Computer Skills:
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Any experience you have with networking will be a plus.

Each employee is required to stand, walk, sit, as well as occasionally stoop and kneel. Vision abilities required by the job are correctable to 20/20 vision.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is controlled and quiet.
Pay: $15.50 per hour.
Job Type: This is a part-time position that will require your availability to work 40 hour weeks on occasion.
Expected hours: 20 to 30 per week

The Test Center work schedules are 7am to 5pm on Tuesday through Saturday.
