Senior Data Integration Manager

• Manage team of integration engineers (both full time and project consultants)
• Architecture, design and documentation for data pipelines
• Communication and mentoring in team and cross team
• Oversight of quality of deliverables
• Administrative management - including but not limited to resource management, budgeting, etc.

• 10 years working as a data engineering manager
• 10 years of experience with traditional operational data stores (i.e. SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• 10 years of experience with traditional ETL tooling (i.e. SSIS, Informatica)
• 5 years of  experience with Databricks Platform, PySpark/Python, Orchestration
• 5 years of experience with Kafka
• Financial background. Prefer knowledge in Derivatives, Cash, Finance and Banking products.
• Strong data modeling and building data contracts between producers/consumers
• Experience with designing modern data pipelines (especially in the cloud space) w/ data governance
• Principals and pragmatics of a medallion architecture
• Lambda architecture – streaming/batch
• Discipline for architecture/design documentation (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Micro services approach/design
• Working with data governance tooling within pipeline. I.e. Data Quality, Lineage, Cataloging, Data profiling and Observability
• Designing for analytical layers for various use cases and business disciplines inclusive of AI enablement.
• Other Platforms experience: Snowflake, MDM tooling, and governance related tooling such as cataloging, data quality and lineage tooling.
• Data Observability / SRE
• Strong communication skills
