JOB DESCRIPTION
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service
- Share information about local attractions, events, and tourism opportunities
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock merchandise and keep displays organized and inviting
- Answer customer questions and recommend products
- Help maintain a clean, positive, and welcoming space
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, positive, and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable staying active and standing throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- Approximately 14–18 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Flexible scheduling may be available
