- Help lead daily practices and training sessions under the supervision of the head coach.
- Teach and demonstrate basic to advanced gymnastics skills
- Provide one-on-one attention to athletes to help them improve specific skills

- Help build athletes’ confidence, focus, and discipline in both practice and competition settings.
