Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, sewer lines, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore flow
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute projects
- Comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations
- Perform plumbing system inspections and maintenance to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance
- Assist with remodeling or construction projects by applying carpentry, assembly, or handyman skills as needed
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair tasks on construction sites or in confined spaces
- Collaborate with team members on construction site experience projects to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
Skills
- Construction experience with residential or commercial plumbing projects
- Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, plumbing inspection cameras, and system maintenance
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards relevant to plumbing work
- Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, power tools, hand tools, and assembly techniques
