We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks for our office that provides learning disability and vocational evaluations for adults. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include scheduling adult clients and providing support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a friendly and helpful personality, attention to detail and be a self starter. This is a part time position that has high potential to grow into a full time position with the right applicant.
Responsibilities
- Schedule adult clients for meetings via phone, text and email
- Maintain files using cloud based software
- Data Entry for new clients
- Write and distribute emails following proper email etiquette
- Provide clear communication and updates to office staff
- Maintain and update individual client activity logs.
- Data tracking using google sheets.
- Provide updates to senior staff regarding client status

- Proficiency in google suite (google docs/ sheets)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- High School degree or equivalency; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
