The Brain Injury Association of America – Tennessee Chapter is hiring a Service Coordinator to support individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury. This role centers on connecting people to critical services, providing reliable information, and helping them navigate complex systems with confidence. This position will cover South Central area counties: Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Moore, Rutherford, and Wayne. Candidates must reside in Tennessee, with a strong preference for Middle Tennessee.
You will work with survivors, caregivers, and professionals while also supporting outreach and community awareness efforts across the region.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
Experience in social services, healthcare, counseling, or a related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree and CBIS certification (or eligibility) are also preferred.
