Our integrative approach emphasizes collaboration between therapy and neuropsychological assessment to support individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and neurological challenges.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, independently licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist to provide psychotherapy services to our diverse client population. The therapist will work autonomously within a supportive clinical setting and have the flexibility to choose in-office, remote, or hybrid work arrangements as well as set their own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals (and optionally, couples or families) presenting with a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to neurological diagnoses, and developmental conditions
- Collaborate with the neuropsychological assessment team to ensure coordinated, integrated care
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and document sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Maintain timely and accurate records within our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Participate in optional peer consultation and case review meetings
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience with neurodiverse populations, trauma, or chronic health conditions is a plus
- Familiarity with documentation for insurance billing and compliance
- Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on insurance reimbursement rates for rendered services
- Clinicians are paid per session, with rates varying by insurance payer and service type
- Referrals are available through multiple practice sources, including the neuropsychologist, but therapists are also expected to build and maintain part of their own caseload
