Licensed Mental Health Counselor

At Brain Body Soul Therapy and Wellness, we are looking for full time and part time therapists that are interested in doing 10 sessions per week. We offer a percentage split that is extremely competitive to help therapists maximize their income. We utilize custom technology to make things simple and easy for both clinicians and clients so that we can maximize the things that technology can not replace. Attuned connection with a human is rare, important, and more healing than ever. We are creating a space and culture to facilitate this in many ways.

Our goal is to help therapists create an amazing lifestyle that simplifies all of the business and marketing challenges that take them away from their most valuable skills. We will handle the credentialing, give you the simplest platform, make notes as effortless as possible, and help market you to those that will benefit from your unique abilities and perspective. You will have to self manage by setting your own schedule and availability, but we will help you to run your optimal business.

We are looking for fully licensed therapists that are interested in focusing their practice on men’s mental health and create a culture of healthy masculinity. There is a growing awareness of the men's mental health crisis, and the cost that it has on both society and families. We seek to offer a grounded, embodied set of solutions to help men, and those that are impacted by men, become whole and healthy participants in their community. Those that feel called to do this work are encouraged to apply so that we can help reach people where they are currently at and bring them to a more stable and hopeful place.

We want to compensate our therapists so that they will never leave. Expect to make $67-$109 /per session for individual therapy and potentially $100-200 or more for group sessions and intensives. This is currently a 1099 position but we can help you navigate insurance, dental, and 401k options so you can have a flexible schedule and still have security. Bonuses for productivity and exceptional service will serve to reinforce the values of our team.

Experience:

• Experience in working with men's mental health issues.
• Licensed clinician in Oklahoma and able to bill insurance
• Couples counseling and marital counseling specialist is one specific hire we are looking to fill.
• Looking to fill a position focused on supporting and communicating with those impacted by men's mental health challenges
• Track record of showing up prepared and on time.
