Key Responsibilities:
· Administer StemWave therapy to Clients
· When applicable develop rehabilitation plan and lifestyle recommendations for patients and instruct patients and monitor patients compliance.
· Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Identify and chase with local businesses a, organizations, nd influencers to develop mutually beneficial relations
· Promote Brain Awareness: Increase visibility by hanging flyers, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring our presence is felt in key locations
· Coordinate Community Events: Schedule and manage your participation in health fairs, speaking engagements, land other community events to showcase our services.
· Generate Leads: Motivate and inspire community members to book appointments for our innovative treatment, sharing its life-changing benefits.
· Be the Road Warrior for Our Brand: Represent our company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping others

Compensation Plan:
30% commission on care plans: Typical care plan will have value of $1500. We expect a minimum of 10 care plans per month (estimated minimum is $4500/mo).
Goal is 25 care plans per month. If this goal is met there is a $100 per patient after achieving goal of 25 new patients.
Example: 25 x 1500 =37,500
37,500 x .30 =11,250 (25 x 100) = $13,750
After 90 days other bonus plans will be available.
This compensation plan ensures the employee is incentivized to hit and exceed goals while rewarding performance.
Salary : $1,500 - $12,000
