Starting pay: $21 per hour
Opportunity for a performance-based 5% pay increase at 90 days
Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development provided
Preferred Experience:
Applicants with experience in ABA therapy, education, or working with the special needs community often excel in this role. However, all interested and aligned individuals are encouraged to apply—we hire for attitude and potential.
