What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at Brain Balance of Northern Virginia?
Brain Balance understands that the brain is central to human experience, influencing our physical, social, and emotional lives by dictating how we perceive, process, and react to the world. Optimal well-being is rooted in robust brain health and development. Developmental disruptions or deficiencies in the brain can manifest as challenging behaviors and symptoms. Fortunately, the brain's remarkable capacity for neuroplasticity, its ability to reorganize itself through experience, allows for positive change at any age. This principle is at the core of Brain Balance's approach.
The Brain Balance program leverages neuroplasticity to foster stronger, more efficient neural connections. This enhances an individual's capacity for sustained attention, distraction management, emotional and mood regulation, and behavioral control.
Extensive evidence supports the effectiveness of the Brain Balance Program®. Our published research consistently highlights significant improvements and positive outcomes reported by parents, program participants, educators, and clinicians. For further information, please visit BrainBalance.com.
