This is a full-time on-site role for a Sensory Motor Coach located in Cincinnati, OH. The Sensory Motor Coach will work hands-on with children, implementing physical and cognitive exercises designed to improve sensory processing and motor skills. This role includes maintaining detailed progress reports, participating in team meetings to review and adjust plans, and communicating with parents about their child's development. The coach will ensure a safe and supportive environment while adhering to the Brain Balance program's protocols and guidelines.
- Experience in physical education, exercise science, or related field
- Familiarity with sensory and motor exercises and their applications
- Strong observational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and ability to work with children with learning and behavioral challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
