Position Responsibilities

• :Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
• .Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process independently, including negotiating employment terms when necessary and executing onboarding procedures
• .Make hiring and placement decisions based on candidates' skill sets, work experience, and suitability for the open position
• .Conduct post-placement performance evaluations, handle terminations when applicable, and complete all related administrative documentation
• .Evaluate and assess candidates based on the success profile(s) for specific job requirements
• .Meet regularly with the internal team to review progress toward weekly production goals and overall performance
• .Categorize and classify candidates based on skills, goals, and interests
• .Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, serving as a resource for employment opportunities

Position Qualifications & Skill

• s:A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employmen
• t.Previous industrial construction staffing experience preferre
• d.Strong desire to succeed in a competitive environmen
• t.Motivation to achieve predetermined goals and expectation
• s.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external candidate
• s.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platform
• s.Excellent time management, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written
