Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Vice President of Sales. The individual will lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, oversee sales operations, and support business development initiatives. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, fostering client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations to drive revenue and oversee effective processes
- Strong skills in Account Management for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven experience in Business Development to identify and capture new market opportunities
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and/or experience in the financial industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
