We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations within designated areas
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy before dispatching items
- Interact professionally with customers, providing courteous service during deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations
- Report any vehicle issues or delays promptly to management
- Assist with loading and unloading items as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle operated
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities are considered a plus
- Good navigation skills and familiarity with local routes are advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Willingness to travel:
