Everyday Uniforms is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. We are looking for a dedicated employee interested in helping the company grow, while at the same time growing themselves professionally and personally.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Entering new Sales Orders.
- Answering phone calls, e-mails and faxes.
- Communicating customer needs with the embroidery department.
- Answering questions regarding new and established orders.
- Following up on old orders to get them shipped out in a timely manner.
- Interacting with co-workers and supervisors to ensure all customers receive service in a timely manner.
- Adherence to attendance policy.
A successful candidate will receive on the job training. Experience with Magento is a plus. Including a story about customer service on your cover letter is also a plus.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
