What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Worker/ Dishwasher position at Braemar Assisted Living?
- responsible for Maintaining clean, sanitary stock of dishes and utensils.
- operates dishwasher machine safely, running dishes through cycle allowing to fully dry and restocks in designated storage areas properly.
- Removes garbage bags that are full and replaces with new clean bags, cleaning out cans when soiled.
- Cleans tables, sanitizes equipment and tables; other cleaning duties as assigned in dining area and kitchen/ work area.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary work area. ensures safe storage of dish carts and other related equipment.
- responsible for logging information on cleaning lists, as well as dishwasher operating information. (water temperatures, sanitizer PH levels etc)
- Sweeping and mopping Kitchen and dining room areas
- Must understand and speak the English language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.20 - $17.40 per hour
