MUST HAVE HHA OR PCA CERTIFICATION FOR THIS JOB
We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides with Med Tech experience that are interested in training to become Med Techs for our community.
Responsibilities
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor patients’ condition
- Administer prescribed medications
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide/med tech preferred. New graduates are welcome!
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate preferred
- First Aid training preferred
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
