Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment, ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, maintaining high levels of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Handle cash accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation practices.
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to ensure quick service delivery.
- Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving within the food industry is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and efficient time management are essential.
