What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and build individualized, goal-driven therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions (think function meets fun)
- Help residents achieve their rehab goals with creativity and heart
- Collaborate with an awesome team of OTs, SLPs, CNAs, and nurses
- Support residents in regaining strength, independence, and confidence
- Document clearly and efficiently (we've got your back with systems)
- Educate families and caregivers with compassion and clarity
What You Bring:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active PT license in Texas
- Great communication skills, adaptability, and a warm personality
- A passion for geriatric care (or a willingness to fall in love with it)
- SNF experience is a plus—but not a dealbreaker
