Primarily specializing in rig mobilization and with an increase in demand, we are in need of Crane Technicians at our following branches:
Ardmore, Oklahoma
Odessa, Texas
Marshall, Texas
We are looking for dependable, safety conscious, hardworking individuals to join our team.
What You'll Do
As a Crane Technician, you'll be the expert our organization counts on when equipment goes down. You'll drive a fully equipped mobile service vehicle to job sites across the region, diagnosing and repairing a variety of Grove mobile all-terrain cranes — mostly independently, with the support of a team behind you. No two days are exactly alike.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Troubleshoot and repair cranes in the shop or field with confidence and minimal supervision
- Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics to diagnose issues efficiently
- Plan and sequence repairs using established guidelines
- Write clear, professional service reports and communicate directly with management
- Keep your service truck clean, maintained, and inspection-ready
- Attend manufacturer and factory training to sharpen your skills
- Represent Brady with professionalism at every job site
Overnight stays near job sites are sometimes required, and weekend availability helps — we'll make sure it's worth your time.
What You Bring
- 2 years of continuous hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing construction or heavy equipment. Ideally, experience with the Grove Crane manufacturer would be desirable.
- Ability to read complex hydraulic and electrical schematics
- A valid driver's license
- A personal set of hand tools (and any specialty tools the job calls for)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The physical ability to work outdoors in all kinds of Oklahoma and Texas weather — heat, cold, dust, and everything in between

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to climb on and off equipment to operate and service
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel in limited space in cab of vehicle
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at various heights
- Successfully pass post offer drug and physical screens and have a background that meets company requirements
