Brady Sullivan Properties is currently seeking a parking attendant for one of our properties in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and providing high quality parking services to the public. Must have excellent customer service skills and work well with customers. Must be punctual for scheduled shifts. Job duties may include exposure to inclement weather.Description of Duties:Greet parking patrons with friendly and positive attitude.Assist parking patrons with any issues encountered during their parking experience.Assist with parking patrons’ payments and traffic flow.Monitor parking lot activities at all times to ensure proper security and report any problems to management immediately.Have constant vigilance for car break-ins, etc.Keep parking lot clean and vagrant-free.Working Conditions:Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lb. as needed.Powered by JazzHRYscnFoLJye
