Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy using excellent phone etiquette
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product or service information
- Assist customers with account management, updating customer records accurately and other computer applications
- Support sales efforts by promoting insurance or services and identifying customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer services and meet departmental goals
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate assistance
Experience
- Previous customer support background is required; some training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in both English and in Spanish is essential
- Experience with outbound calling, customer services, or sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with analysis skills related to customer interactions is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally in diverse environments
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
