Overview:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team. As a Bradshaw Inc employee , you will be responsible for Erecting Pre engineered steel buildings from the standing of the structure to insulating/vinyl Finishing.we will also be installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofs/siding on various types of buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights. Any individual with the desire to learn and work hard no matter the experience will be considered as a candidate .
Duties:
- Erect Steel buildings
-Insulate and vinyl steel building interiors
-Install sheet metal and trim on residential and commercial projects
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofs
- Inspect roofs for leaks, cracks, or other issues
- Remove debris and clean work areas
- job site awareness for everyone's safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to building codes and industry standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Steel erector, Metal roofer/siding or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of roofing materials, steel erection, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Note: This position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Overtime is time and a half.
