What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician / Inspector (Roofing Experience Highly Valued) position at Bradshaw Consulting, Inc.?
We are currently looking for a versatile tradesperson to handle property inspections, document needed repairs, and perform general household maintenance.
Special Note: We are actively seeking candidates with roofing experience. If you are a skilled roofer but do not have broader handyman or inspection experience, we still strongly encourage you to apply, as we have immediate needs in this specific area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough interior and exterior property inspections across our local portfolio.
- Clearly document needed repairs, preventative maintenance, and material requirements.
- Perform general residential maintenance (e.g., minor plumbing or electrical, drywall, flooring, gutter repair, and general carpentry).
- Assess, repair, and maintain residential roofs (for candidates with roofing expertise).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all property sites.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in residential remodeling.
- OR proven professional experience in residential roofing (we will hire specialized roofers who may not meet the general handyman criteria).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document inspection findings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across different local job sites.
- Reliable transportation and possession of your own basic hand tools.
