Bradshaw Christian School is hiring a part-time After School Program Club Leader!
- Facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students.
- Actively supervise and ensure student safety at all times both inside and outside.
- Ensure that all school spaces and equipment are left clean and orderly.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and office referrals.
- Interact with children in a way which conveys respect and nurturing.
- Provide homework and academic support.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in children.
Shift:
3:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Friday / 10 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students. Tutoring, coaching, Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, classroom assistance and babysitting will be considered.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment and dedication to Jesus Christ and behavior that is professional, ethical, spiritual, and responsible.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work on a team with individuals from varying backgrounds.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
-Reliable, punctual and flexible are a must!
Note: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is NOT required.
