Job Description: The Manager, EPC Contracts & Document Controls will provide key support to execute on a multi-GW
pipeline of projects under pre-construction planning or in construction. This role requires experience in the Energy Industry, with a plus focus on utility-scale photovoltaic, battery energy storage systems, or gas generators
Core Responsibilities
- Own EPC contract administration and compliance across utility-scale projects in pre-construction and execution
- Support EPC contract negotiations, amendments, LNTPs, and change orders in coordination with Legal, PM, and Commercial teams
- Lead document control for EPC contracts, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project records (Procore / SharePoint)
- Track contractual notices, risks, and compliance requirements (incl. Bluepoint, risk registers)
- Support prevailing wage reporting, audits, and remediation coordination
- Maintain organized, auditable documentation through construction, commissioning, and handover
- Experience supporting utility-scale energy EPC contracts (solar, BESS, or power gen preferred)
- Strong contracts document control skill set in fast-moving project environments
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, PM, EPC, Finance
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3–5 years contracts and/or document control experience in energy or infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Procore, SharePoint, and project/contract tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Able to work in-office 3 days/week
- Up to 25% travel
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
