Experience/Requirements:
- 7–10 years in DTC/ecommerce within the supplement space
- Proven experience scaling supplement brands from early stage through growth stage with full accountability for performance
- Strong command of full-funnel marketing across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Ability to build both brand equity and performance efficiency simultaneously
- Hands-on ownership of CAC, LTV, and payback—not just reporting on them
- Experience connecting creative, media, and retention into a unified growth engine
- End-to-end ownership of brand growth strategy across DTC and ecommerce channels
- Performance marketing experience across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon
- Proven ability to manage full-funnel execution from acquisition through retention
- Strong understanding of how to balance CAC, LTV, and payback to scale profitably
- Ability to translate brand positioning into high-converting campaigns
- Continuous testing and scaling mindset driven by business outcomes—not platform metrics
- Experience in sleep or sleep-adjacent supplements is a big plus (not required)
