Position Title: Account Manager

Location: DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia)

Experience: 4 years of commercial flooring experience calling on property managers, GC’s, and end users

  • Direct experience negotiating with buyout Project Managers & General Contractors
  • CRM proficiency
  • Proven ability to build new business and maintain existing relationships (hunter mentality)
  • Not interested in epoxy, concrete, or resinous flooring backgrounds

Compensation: 75k-90k base (DOE) bonuses car allowance cell phone 3 weeks vacation benefits (90 days)

Products: Carpet, carpet tile, LVT, LVP, engineered hardwood, floor coverings, rubber
