About the Position
Brad’s Car Tunes is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
This is an entry-level sales position with on-the-job training. You do not need previous car audio experience—we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, enjoys talking with people, and wants the opportunity to grow their income through sales.
You’ll work directly with customers to help them find the right products and services for their vehicles, including car stereos, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, dash cameras, remote starts, and other automotive electronics.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend the right products
- Sell car audio, accessories, and installation services
- Learn our products, brands, and installation options
- Build quotes and assist customers through the sales process
- Answer phone calls and help customers in the showroom
- Follow up with customers and potential sales
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable
- Work with the installation team to ensure customers receive the products and services they purchased
- Work toward individual and store sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not required. We will train the right person.

- Willing to learn about automotive electronics and technology
- Able to listen to customers and understand what they actually need
- Comfortable recommending additional products or services when they make sense
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy retail environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working with computers and learning point-of-sale systems
Automotive, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
